Delivery

In Adelaide — included in the price

Two people bring your piece to the room you choose, unwrap it, place it where you want it, and take all the packing away. Ground floor is included; stairs and upper floors are quoted when we book your delivery day. We call to book a day that suits you once your piece has cleared customs.

Everywhere else in Australia

We quote delivery by postcode before you pay a deposit — the quote is part of your price in writing, never a surprise later. Two-person delivery and placement, the same as Adelaide.

When it arrives

Check the piece with the delivery team before they leave — walk around it, open the doors, look closely. If anything is not right, tell us within [48 hours] with photographs: hello@vaarso.au or [phone]. We will repair, replace or refund — your choice where the law gives you one. Your Australian Consumer Law rights apply on top of everything here.

The journey before your door

Your piece is photographed at the workshop before it is crated (you'll have seen the photos — the balance is only due after), packed for sea freight, and sails from Mundra to Australia. We handle export, freight, customs and import charges — all included in the price. You hear from us when it sails and when it lands.
