We do not collect payment card details on this site. Payment is arranged with you directly.
Who sees it
- The workshop sees your piece and its dimensions — never your name or address.
- The freight company and the delivery team see your name, address and phone.
- Our email tool ([tool]) holds the mailing list.
- Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or share your information.
Marketing email
Only with your consent, only when a sailing is booked, always with a one-click unsubscribe. We follow the Spam Act 2003. WhatsApp updates only if you asked for them; reply STOP any time.
Cookies and analytics
We use [GA4 / Meta pixel] to understand how the site is used and to show our advertising to fewer wrong people. You can opt out: [links].
How long we keep it
Order records: seven years (tax law). The mailing list: until you unsubscribe. Size-check photos: until your piece is delivered, then deleted on request.
